This 82,500 SF development was a partnership to create the master plan development and the initial development with University Hospitals healthcare campus in Amherst, Ohio.

The campus will include two buildings, one being a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center (ASC) that will house five operating rooms and one procedure room. In addition, six recovery-focused Stay Suites™ will be in the same building as the ASC as part of the Muve program, a value-based surgical care program offered by ValueHealth. The ASC will focus on orthopedic surgical procedures, with the capacity for 800 total joint replacement cases per year. The facility will also provide general orthopedic, spine, ear, nose and throat, and pain management services on-site.
